- A list of the commands of the Generic (Platform independent) and
- Macintosh-specific versions of FrameMaker 4.x. Converted fromthe
- configuration files contained in ConfigUI, taken from ftp.frame.com
-
- The files ending in .ps are postscript files in A4 format, that can be
- dumped to any PostScript printer (I hope). Those ending in .pdf are
- files for use with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Versions for most major
- platforms are available from ftp.adobe.com without cost or licence
- difficulties.
-
- No warranties or guarantees are offered. Caveat emptor, etc. etc.
-
- These documents are rough ... really rough. I only release them now
- because there seems to be a need for something. I aim to create .MIF
- versions in the new year, with all the formatting and other errors
- fixed, so if you find any mistakes of conversion, please let me know
- ASAP.
-
- I hope they brighten up someone’s life. I discovered things I had never
- heard of, so maybe you will too.
-
- Cheers

- "Across thousands of generations, the emergence of culture must have
- been profoundly influenced by simultaneous events in genetic evolution,
- especially those occuring in the anatomy and physiology of the brain.
- Conversely, genetic evolution must have been guided forcefully by the
- kinds of selection rising within culture." E O Wilson _The diversity of
- life_ p333
